Background

At Axess Lab we’ve specialized in digital accessibility since 2013. As specialists we conduct loads of real time education, workshops and courses for our clients. We actually recommend meeting real users and real teachers to discuss accessibility on-site or via video conference, but there are some situations where doing so isn’t ideal:

  1. If you have a small tech team (1-5) it makes the price per person high.
  2. Replacing employees over time means the education sessions need to be repeated.
  3. Large organizations may want to upskill hundreds of employees quickly. Live education sessions may take too long to plan and execute.

Solution: Axess Lab Academy!

  1. Great price for single use or small teams.
  2. Simple sign-up flow for your new employees using a branded sign-up link with courses pre-selected.
  3. Users can go through the material when it suits them, no need to coordinate.

Is the platform 100% accessible?

No, while researching platforms, we found no fully accessible LMS platforms that met our needs. But we are working hard with the platform owners to improve their accessibility over time! If you find anything blocking you from access – let us know and we will tell them to fix it ASAP, and refund any courses you can’t access! We are trying really hard to improve the platform – but we didn’t want to hold off on sharing knowledge with the world until it’s perfect. We’re sorry about this, and hope you understand :/
