Support to maintain accessibility
Many people believe that accessibility work is complete once the initial project has been completed. However, without routines and ongoing support, there is a risk that the problems will recur. The result is that users are excluded, and you risk losing sales, damaging your reputation and failing to comply with regulations. In addition, there are higher costs for fixing issues retrospectively.

Accessibility must also be prioritised during the maintenance phase. We help you ensure that procedures are in place and function in the long term.
Common problems in maintenance phase
- The marketing department wants to release a Christmas calendar, now! You develop it under pressure without testing that it works for everyone. Many customers cannot use the campaign – you lose sales.
- The new graphic profile is not tested for all components. The service suddenly has poor contrast and small click areas.
- New staff who are hired or returning from parental leave, for example, need to be trained in accessibility.
- You purchase an AI function from a third party. Accessibility is not included in the requirements, and users with screen readers are disturbed by constant updates.
- The team is not aware of updates to standards and laws. When the law is tested in court, new frameworks for interpretation are set. Deficiencies can be built in unconsciously.
- Measures are taken without knowing whether they are good for the user, or only part of the problem is fixed.
- The store replaces hardware and does not test the payment terminal.
Flexible support on your terms
We can tailor our services to your needs and budget. It can be done through dedicated resources or a time bank.
Dedicated resource
With a percentage solution (10–100%), you get an accessibility specialist who is part of your team one or more days a week, who gets to know your business and can support you on an ongoing basis. We decide together where it is most effective for the resource to participate.
Time bank
Pre-purchase hours where we support you when you need help. Perfect for quick interventions or temporary assignments. Usually the same consultant, but may vary depending on who is available.
We put together the content and size of the hour bank together based on your needs. Below are examples of how the hour pot can be used:
Large hour bank
- Yearly audit.
- Training of new employees.
- Update the accessibility statement.
- Support on Slack or Teams.
Price: 120 hours at SEK 1,100 per hour, SEK 132,000 excluding VAT.
Medium hour bank
- Yearly audit.
- Support on Slack or Teams.
Price: 90 hours at SEK 1,250 per hour, SEK 112,500 excluding VAT.
Smaller hour bank
- Support on Slack or Teams.
Price: 35 hours at SEK 1,500 per hour, SEK 52,500 excluding VAT.
Other example of support
- Pair programming, our developers team up with yours.
- Workshops with your teams to identify accessibility issues, set up testing processes, and similar tasks.
- Strategic support to, for example, set the right requirements for suppliers and define levels in relation to legal requirements.
- Creating measurability to see how the work is progressing, for example by setting KPIs.
- Coaching for employees who want to increase their accessibility skills.
- Participation in your teams to provide support on accessibility issues.
- Fast, continuous support in Slack or other communication channels.
- Testing and evaluation of cases (e.g. JIRA tickets).
- Developing checklists together to facilitate daily accessibility work.
- Review of design sketches.
